The Company
has launched a business to promote and market
Products under the brand " MMPMall "

"Associate"
means Distributor or any other designation
provided by the company.

The person
authorized by the Company will explain the
business plan of the company.

All the
Associates should understand the business plan
of the company before joining the business.

All the
payments for Purchasing of product of the
company as new associates shall be made by
Demand Draft in favour of "MMPMall " only and
the cash payment shall made at the office of
Company.
-
The
Associates shall deposit all the collections
made on behalf of the " MMPMall " for The sale
of the Products of the Company only at the
office of the Company or at the authorized
distribution center of the company. The Company
shall not be responsible / liable for any
liability for the payments / remittances made /
deposited other than the office of the company,
or at the authorized distribution center of the
company.

The Company
reserves the right to make any changes,
amendments or alteration in design, nature
content , description, range, scheme and
formulation of the product and services provided
by the company including any changes in the
marketing strategies, compensation / incentive
plans, policies and procedures from time to time
as the company may deem fit and necessary to do
so.

All the
benefits / incentives are payable by Bank
Transfers. Subject to statutory deduction, if
any as applicable.

The
management is having sole discretion to organize
the training session / Presentation / Seminar /
Educational programs and the same will informed
to all the associates accordingly.

If any
associate or staff wants to promote / market the
products of the company in any other means
except this promotional plan , which helps the
company to increase its sales, then a prior
written permission is required from the
management of the Company.

All the
payment will be subject to all applicable Taxes
and other Tax with holdings, duties and levies.
-
The payment
is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances for
the purchase of products of " MMPMall "
-
The Company
shall any dispute arising from this Agreement or
in relation to the agreement to the duly
appointed Arbitrator by the company. Associated
should not raise any objection on the ground
that the Arbitrator is having any connection
with the Company. All disputes shall be subject
to jurisdiction of court at Surat only.

Product will
be given according to the prevailing rates of
the Company at the time of completion of the
business.

The Company
at his discretion reserves the whole rights.
-
Company is
not liable for any claim, cost, damage due to
the misrepresentation by the Associate about the
quality performance or availability of the
Companies product and services.
-
The Associate
will get the incentives in accordance with the
growth & business plan of the Company i.e higher
the growth, higher the incentives.
-
No Associates
are allowed to use Companies Network for
marketing / promotion of any other product or
scheme, which is not relating to Company.
-
All
application forms must be completed in every
aspect and duly signed.
-
The Associate
shall bear the faith and allegiance to the
Company shall uphold the integrity and decorum
of the Company, and shall maintain good relation
with other Associates and other clients.

All the above
Terms and Conditions are applicable/binding to
the Nominee of the person who enter into an
agreement with the company and the third party
which directly or indirectly effected the
business or the interest of the company.
